How does Otakutide work?
We use a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means your item is custom-printed and sewn specifically for you once you place an order. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and reduces textile waste!
How long does it take to process my order?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or new drop launches, it may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we craft your gear!
Shipping & Delivery
How long will shipping take within the USA?
After production is complete, standard shipping usually takes 3–10 business days to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily focus on our US-based fans to ensure the fastest possible delivery and best service.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I choose the right size?
Our hoodies and tees follow Standard US Sizing. We highly recommend checking the Size Chart on each product page before ordering. If you prefer an "Oversized" anime look, we suggest sizing up!
How should I wash my Otakutide gear?
To keep your prints vibrant:
- Machine wash cold, inside out.
- Use mild detergent.
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry for the best longevity.
- Do not iron directly on the print.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Since every item is made-to-order just for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately!
