At Otakutide, we strive to ensure every piece of anime gear meets your expectations. However, because our products are Print-on-Demand (POD)—meaning they are custom-made specifically for you once an order is placed—our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right!

  • Window: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Process: Send an email to [support@otakutideshop.com] with your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Solution: We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund if preferred.

2. Change of Mind & Sizing Issues

Because each item is printed-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or style preference.

  • Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our Size Chart before purchasing).

  • Buyer’s remorse. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that these items are custom-made and cannot be resold.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is sent to our production facility almost immediately.

  • You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • After 2 hours, the production process has begun, and the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Otakutide is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery.

5. How to Start a Claim

  1. Check if your issue falls under "Damaged or Defective."

  2. Email [support@otakutideshop.com] with the subject: "Return/Replacement Request - Order #[YourOrderNumber]".

  3. Include high-resolution photos of the product and the shipping label.
