At Otakutide, every piece of gear is custom-made just for you. Because we use a Print-on-Demand model, your order goes through a specialized crafting process before it hits the road.

1. Processing & Production Time

Since we don’t keep pre-printed stock, each item is printed, cut, and sewn after your order is placed.

• Standard Production: 2–5 business days.

• Peak Season (Holidays): 5–9 business days.

• Note: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates (USA Only)

We currently ship exclusively within the United States to ensure the most reliable service.

Total Estimated Wait:

Production Time (2-5 days) + Shipping Time (3-10 days) = 5–15 Business Days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is printed and packed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

• It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

• You can track your package directly on our [Order Tracking Page].

4. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout!

• Otakutide is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," a re-shipping fee may apply.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

1. Check with neighbors or your building manager.

2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).

3. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
